Duties of the Heart

This project was commissioned in order to rejuvenate and refresh the exterior of a communal, community building in South Tel Aviv on the street bearing the name of the project. The entire project was executed using recycled materials. A conscientious emphasis was placed on arranging a wide selection of plants, flowers and herbs for the residents' use. 

 

It is no surprise that the name of the street "Khovot HaLevavot" (Duties of the Hearts) is in memory of the ten fundamental principles that according to Rabbi Bahya ben Joseph ibn Pakuda of Zaragosa, constitute human spiritual life.
