Boom Information Center

This dazzling feather-like phenomenon was constructed by the biennial Boom Transformational Festival in Idanha-a-Nova, Portugal. The festival serves as a 6-day venue for a psychedelic global assembly of music, dance, art, culture and sustainability. It has entered its third decade of existence and has hosted over 44, 000 participants from over 145 countries. 

 

The venue offers information columns, ATMs, and shaded areas to rest. Our ginormous, colorful fowl, easily seen from far and wide, served as a central meeting point for the thousands of people attending the festival.

 

The peacock's "feathers" are fanned out in all their glory, demonstrating their grandeur for all, and welcoming all who have come to join it in celebration.
